Terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into by and between 50 Crowns Casino ("Casino"), a company incorporated under the laws of Curacao, and any person accessing or using the Casino's website, software, or services (the "User").

ARTICLE 6: DEPOSITS AND WITHDRAWALS

All deposits made by the User are subject to review by the Casino's financial department. The User acknowledges that the Casino may request additional documentation to verify their identity and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

The User agrees that all withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the Casino's withdrawal policy, which is available on the Casino's website.

ARTICLE 7: SECURITY

The Casino uses industry-standard security measures to protect User data and ensure fair gaming practices. The User acknowledges that the Casino reserves the right to modify or update its security measures at any time without notice.

ARTICLE 8: RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Curacao. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curacao for the resolution of any disputes.

ARTICLE 9: GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curacao.

ARTICLE 10: ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

ARTICLE 11: AMENDMENTS

The Casino reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. The User agrees that it is their responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions regularly for any changes or updates.

ARTICLE 12: TERMINATION

The Casino reserves the right to terminate this Agreement, suspend or cancel the User's account, or withhold payment of winnings at any time, with or without cause.

By using the Casino's website, software, or services, the User acknowledges and agrees that they have read, understood, and will comply with these Terms and Conditions.
